This is an update on our work requesting No Fear Act, Section 203 reports to Congress.
Yesterday, I received a copy of a press release from a person claiming credit for the work of this corporation. I requested the person apologize and send out a new press release with updated information providing attribution to Whistlewatch.org and MSPB Watch. No apology was received by the deadline set nor was any new press release published. Therefore, I am posting this notice.

As the Chief Executive Officer, it is my duty to carry out corporation missions, protect the interests, assets and copyrighted materials. Any person making a statement, to the media that claims to have formed a “Committee” filing FOIA requests under Section 203 of the No Fear Act, possesses reports to Congress and is reviewing the information therein, is misleading. Should we continue to receive information that our work continues to be misappropriated and/or that any person or group has made statements adverse to the corporation, we will take legal action.
All cabinet departments have received Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests from Whistlewatch.org which are the sole property of this organization. David Pardo is in charge of this investigation and counsel. He may be reached at dpardo@whistlewatch.org.
As promised in all FOIA requests to federal agencies, this organization will publicize data and findings, free of charge to the public. Any commercialization of our work to sell products or solicit donations was done without the consent and approval of this corporation.
Whistlewatch.org is a 501(c)3 not for profit, public benefit corporation.
