The Office of Special Counsel (OSC) the independent federal agency chartered with protecting whistleblowers has issued a press release of a successful mediation between Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) and whistleblower Peter Forcelli, who exposed the Operation Fast and Furious scandal.
